Q.

my son is 4.5 years old. he fell down and got hit in his front upper teeth. it turned to light brown color after two days. will that damage his permanent teeth later?

A. Hi yes discoloration of your kid's milk teeth after trauma is due to infection.. you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination and early treatment to prevent further damage

It Maybe damage but you’ll have to get a check with a paediatric dentist once you’ll have to know you know did you need to get an extraction done on it is going to fall out naturally and what is going to be the effect on the coming teeth because this is a milk please will you don’t need to understand that as well so consult a paediatric dentist once
