My son is 3yr 4 months old he is having fever at night from last 2 days 99.to 101 but he is active. but in the day time he is not having. presently I am giving t98 fever gets down.kindly suggest me

A. having fever you should not give medications on your own and You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.
