My son is 3y 7month he s suffering from fever 100c . I'm given paracetamol 250mg 5ml 6hours once. Still fever s not reducing 2times I gave doctor?

A. okay. do repeat it in every 6 hours..andkeeo a track on body temprature. most of the caae are viral, so if mo improvement after 3 days, consult your doctor.
