my son is 3month old he is suffering from lactose intolerance because of breast feeding kindly suggest some food or diet to manage lactose intolerance in my baby feeding .note : I don't want to stop BM.

A. hi allergy ,rash, diarrhea ,Vomitting, blood in stools, poor weight gain in breastfeeding or milk drinking infants. its quite rare so get properly examined Give soy milk if necessary
