my son is 3 yrs old but still not talking even not calling me mamma but he says colours names fruits numbers alphabets..is it autism ?

A. What is an is a very vast turn these is everybody’s relating things to autism but it is not necessarily the same I would like to tell you if your child is not talking but if your child is understanding every thing responding very well to what you are saying making an eye contact and every thing then it is not what is Amit is that maybe you have given too much of screen time to the child which has delayed the growth of the child in terms of speech so you have to find that out and if your child is not doing either of the things that I am saying then yes there could be a delay or it could be autism as wellWrite Your Answer Here
