my son is 3 yr 10 month old he has fever for 2 days 100 above temperatures

A. Continue with paracetamol and if the fever by chance doesn’t subside by completing the time of three days then in that case you’ll have to check with your doctor for further assistance because then it is not going to be due to normal fever
