My son is 3 years old. What should be his ideal diet for his overall development both physical development as well as brain development?

at this stage the diet for the child should be from the family court means it includes everything whatever had by other people.
feed the baby with one teaspoon of ghee daily and also includes milk products such as cheese ghee butter curd buttermilk.
give full cream milk for the baby.
give vegetables which are sweet potato potato green peas and more of green leafy vegetables.
give egg chicken and soup
