my son is 3 years old nd not speaking I m taking speech Tharpy bt no effects....nd someone suggested me cognicare ....so how can I give to my toddler what amount

follow the doctor's instructions and continue with the prescribed medicines if any
If the baby is speaking even a few words it's ok as each baby is different and achieve milestones differently at their own pace
continue with speech therapy or can take a second opinion
