my son is 3 years old nd not pooping daily,if he does also than doing tight poop

A. Hello good afternoon !! The baby is facing constipation,due to less intake of water,fluids and fibre in diet ,constipation happens. Include fruits ,vegetable (cucumber,bottle gourd,carrot,tomato ,papaya,pear,grapes , apple,banana)curd,ragi,jowar,wheat are rich in fibre, help in bowel movement and avoid constipation.
