My son is 3 years old. His stool is very hard. The doctor prescribed totalax NF medicine for him. What could be the reason for this? I keep him hydrated at day.

A. yes it is ok. There is no need to worry for same it js a normal thing in babies . Just wait for some days it will be ok but even after that it feels like there is some problem then a doctor should be consulted for same .
