My son is 3 years old and still he is not able to speak, only he is saying some words like ( Aai,Baba,kaka,kaki,dada , mumma and bye Tata.) kindly guide on the same. Thanks Dipali Sathe

A. it is important to get the child evaluated for growth milestones as well as language development by the pediatrician who will guide you whether any speech therapy is required for your child or not
