Q.

My son is 3 years old and he has a tongue tie, he is speaking ok but some words like R he is not able to pronounce. I want to know if surgery wll be required to correct this problem.

A. it need to be seen. Pediatrician should be consulted for this as for proper treatment and management this required a proper examination of baby by the doctor. And also no any self medication should be given to baby .
