my son is 3 years old, a few days before his leg was burnt by a bike silencer, and usually childrens cried out, but he didn't cry.... I am worried about him.. is there any problem, like skin problem or any other reason for that.

A. okay no problem baby not more n sensitive. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
