Q.

my son is 3 years and 10 months old.He is having difficulty sometimes while going potty.Can I prefer low fat milk to my son?

A. Its Your choice if you want to go for low-fat milk if you think it is going to help your child wear it and this is normally full cream is recommended because that’s healthy it has everything that a child would need so instead of reducing down on the fat why don’t you try on increasing the amount of water fluid and Phiber into your child’s daily diet I think that would be a better idea
