Q.

my son is 3 years 8 months old she speaks only first letter of all words he started speech therapy for last 5 months but before therapy he says some words but full words not first letter of word.when he will talk full sentence like other babies.he understand all commands and follows.

A. with therapy it takes time the therapist will tell the improvement to improve speech -read different books to the child -talk to the child daily routine like the child understands you with regular eye contact -singing songs and rhymes -while talking repeat what your child says with right pronunciation and do not criticize the child -avoid screen time(tv mobile laptop). leave permit the child to watch the activities that allow to improve his language -take your child outside (open environment) and have a talk with the child regarding the things around the child -introduce new words gradually for proper understanding -speak about things child is interested in.
