Q.

My son is 3 years 8 mnths old. He takes Nangrow in the morning. Should I give him bournvita or Horlicks or Complan in the evening with a glass of milk.? He is not a fussy eater..

A. dear mum you should not be giving these health drinks to child they are high in sugar and may have added flavour, do not inculcate healthy eating habits a balanced, homemade diet having variety of food group is adequate to support optimum health and nutrition you can increase nutrition of milk by adding nuts powder like almond cashew nut pistachio, or dry fruit like dates and figs or making fruit smoothie . Also give milk products like curd cheese paneer
