My son is 3 years 3 months old but he didn't speak proper words, but he said Alphabet and 1-10 numbers, colors, shapes. And give a response to our every talk by gesture or another way. He didn't attend any school yet. Please advise me, how he will start talking. We are worried.

Regarding Speech  Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfbortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentenvces properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need  to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

Hi Your child is not delayed in learning if your child is speaking all these things then it is fine but still I am going to advise you wants to consult a speech therapist if there is a little bit of delay also according to the doctor then they can start with the right therapist so as of now one time you should take an advice from a speech
