my son is 3 month's old. from yesterday he is having some red pimples on his legs what will be the reason.

it happens because of many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics, heat or sweating, insect bite or infection
so please dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
if possible use mosquito net or you can use mosquito patches of Babyhug brand .
skip suspected cosmetics
apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
maintain good hygiene
