My son is 3.7 months old and he having fever for 8 days kabhi it’s gone for 18 hours and again it comes back and since one month the fever was already came two times ?

A. hi. such irregukar fever need to be evaluate in detail. good to mert your babys doctor in person. give immunity booster food yo jim, snd keep him well hydrate
