Q.

my Son is 3.5yrs old and today afternoon he got fever not given medicine yet wht home remedies i should follow for low down temperature?

A. hi, If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol in proper dose n if it is high grade temperature do tepid sponging.
