Q.

My son is 2yr 9 months, he is speaking only some small words like mummy,daddy, hi,bye, choclate, biscuit etc but he is not speaking words and not asking for what he wants. is there any speech delay we have to worry about?

A. Yes now if your child is not having proper speech you should be concerned about it you can consult a speech therapist ones and this way at least you’ll come to new WhatsApp problem and what kind of a therapy or solution would be required search the doctor has to examine the child Bhosle die before anything can be diagnosed or confirmed properly to you
