my son is 25 months old but uske abhi 10 hi teeth aaye hai, should I consult a doctor for that

If you want you can there is no problem in consulting the doctor but I would just like to advise you further or rather elect to inform you the entire set of 20 teeth should be there by the age of three years you still left with 10 more teeth and one more year so you see if you want to visit or you want to wait
