Q.
My son is 23 months old.He never try to say any type of word.He only shouts. Sometimes he says mamma n baba but he never says mamma to me.

Is Your child aware that you are mamma first of all you have to see that because a lot of times kids just know the word mamma but your not aware about who is Mama and what exactly mamma is do you know you just have to try to figure that out first otherwise I will advise you to just get a check with a child specialist because they can actually monitor the behaviour of the child and according to that they can advise you
