My son is 22 months old .from yesterday he is having red colour on all over the body .why this is happening

A. Hello! The seems to be some viral infection similar to hand foot mouth disease. Without proper physical examination is not possible to understand the situation. Consult your child doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek medical guidance in this matter.
