Q.

My son is 20months old...In the past 2 weeks he just refused to drink formula milk...can you give me a substitute that is equivalent but different..thank you!

A. Since the baby is around 20 months u can start giving outside milk like cows milk or buffalo milk or packet milk. Start with few spoons on the first day. Continue it for two more days. If ur baby tolerates it then gradually increase the amount. Also introduce milk in other forms like chapathi, idly or dosa or rice in milk like that. But never expect the baby to drink one glass of milk on the first go. It will take time. Also, u can give formula only upto 2 years of age again u have to shift to outside milk so why not shift now. You may think about it.
