Q.

My son is 2 yr 4 month old he passes little poop all the time and is not passing stool properly at one time.he is not constipated but not passing the stool properly

A. okay try neopeotine syrups. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

A. Once you should get a check with your doctor as this week would be difficult to figure out what maybe the problem as once the doctor checks maybe it is an associated problem with the gut or digestion or intestine of the doctor would be able to help you properly on that
