My son is 2 yr 3 m, he is active. but not speaking till now, please suggest

In This case if your child is in speaking at all then you should get it checked with your doctor ones because the doctor would be able to tell you if there is a delay or some another issue associated with that so I would just say that you can consult a speech therapist ones regarding the same they will be able to give you better clarity after assessing your child
