My son is 2 years10 months old from last few days he is burping a lot with loud noise like aged people also sometimes he complains about stomach pain. I wonder if he is not positive for H pylori infection as I had it in past. His poop color is also changing day by day.

A. hi parent keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 give her home made and fr eh probiotics reduce her intake of milk
