my son is 2 years old and his teeth started decay with cavity. initially I ignored but today I noticed his upper four teach is decayed and one molar teeth also. milk teeth will be back but what about molar

Please consult a dentist for this whatever issues you are facing the dentist is going to give you proper guidance after examining how the situation is because milk tea sometimes have cavity which can reach the gums and then another problem is created for permanently so please consult your doctor
