my son is 2 years and 5 months old and still he is taking a pacifier. How can I motivate him not to use it further?

You just have to hide it completely that is what you can do because if you do not do that then your child is not going to leave up on that see pacifier is a very bad addiction and habit that parents often give to the kids and which is very difficult to get rid of so basically you cannot actually motivate your child you just have to remove it completely in a go
