my son is 2 years 5 months old he has some itching in legs and some mouth wound,we already use lactomclamin cream and mouth paint also but no relive can you advise

See To be honest till the time I do not see that thing personally I will not be able to help you with it neither have you posted a picture for reference or anything so as of now whatever you’ve been using is not helping you then you should consult a skin specialist ones for this
