My son is 2 years 3 months & has stopped eating food! He remains cranky & the doctor stated swollen gums as a cause. Please help🥲🙏🏻

A. Swelling in the gums starts to have a teeth but at this Is I think your child must be having much teeth already seen this case I would suggest you to consult a paediatric dentist to understand what’s the problem in what solution can they provide you to get out of this problem
