Q.

my son is 2 years 2 months old.. he is very active he plays he runs ... but use jump karna nahi aata...... is this normal...

A. Yes it is very normal so what you can do is make your child stand also for something for the hand and make your child jump so this is how slowly gradually your child is going to gain that confidence to jump and who sings on its own but currently this is 200% normal
