Q.

my son is 2 year old suffering from cough cold and fever for 4 days dr prescribed dolo 250 and sinerest .....he coughing continuously ....should I don't have to give cough syrup

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. yyui along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

A. You can nebulise the child that is going to be helpful you can use regular saline water in that and also no medicine has been suggested to you as of now you can give ginger juice and honey mixture to your child if your child is more than the age of one year otherwise you can give maxtra
