My son is 2 year old, still he speaks only words but doesn't frame sentences, so is it normal

A 2 years baby is obviously not so big that he will start framing sentences, right now if he is speaking words that is good, you keep talking to your baby and then you see by the time he turns 2.5 years he will start speaking a lot many things, right now he will grasp things and record it in his mind

yes ,it is normal .
just keep talking with your child more and more.
teach your child by repeating word and by making gestures and signs while pronouncing the word.
keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc.
