Q.
My son is 2 year old he couldn't sleep whole night he was very quite jus looking at the ceiling and around we tried hard to make him sleep but couldn't what's the reason ?? And is this normal

seems to be normal
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds, then no need to worry.
If does not sleep tonight also then consult your doctor for the same as he will guide you better in this after the proper evaluation of the baby
