A. nothing to worry!!. Green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. .It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby.

A. A bacterial or viral infection (stomach flu) can irritate the intestines and lead to inflammation. The result is increased mucus in baby's poop. Additional symptoms that could indicate infection include fever and irritability. Babies with an infection may also have green stool.
