my son is 2 and half month old and he have constipation and poop once in a week and I am a breastfeeding mother and we use formula 3 times in a day but now doc said don't use formula so we tried cow milk so after 1 week he still has constipation and not able to poop. plz suggest what should I do

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of agedf
