My Son is 2.7 yrs old having mild fever n dry cough ,what medication should I give

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day, use baby vicks on his chest, back n bottom of feet, use nasal drops for nasal block. Use paracetamol in proper dose for fever
