Q.
my son is 2.5 years old.. he always have running nose and cough.. monthly once or twice i consult to the doctor.. i used to give antibiotics syrup monthly once or twice... is it t ok to give antibiotics more?

No you should not give to any antibiotics they are not good for the child and it can actually disturb the immune system and sometimes can hamper the lever also which is why it is avoided to give too many medicines to the child and specially antibiotics if your child is falling sick like this every time which could be due to allergy so try to find out the right reasons
