Q.

My son is 2.5 years now and not speaking to many words yet. is there anything that I need to worry. please advise.

A. If it’s 2.5 years but the child is not talking but understanding and responding well to everything then in that case now it’s a time for you to consult a speech therapist as it would be calculated as a D the child is not speaking but if the child is understanding and all then it is not a problem
