My son is 2.4 year old , he talks so much but most of all is meaningless , sometimes it means like aa jao , jao n do , he have eye contact , but sometimes while he is busy in playing he dont give a look , he spoke some words in past but on demand very less plz gyide me

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2.4 years old but he doesn’t speak properly and doesn’t give eye contact so mostly he is having some neurological issues and you should consult with paediatrician
