my son is 2.3 years. sirf chota chota word kehta hai like Mama Aai Bhai.. kya problem hai kyon thik se baat nehi kar raha hai. plz suggest kya karu..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. your baby is having absolutely normal milestones It seems that your baby is acquiring milestones according to age there is no need to worry about this all the milestones in the baby are normal you can wait for some more time in the baby no need to worry

U I am wait for sometime try to talk to your child more and more if you possibly can that will help in increasing the words of your child and interaction of your child but otherwise if by the age of three years also if your child does not start to speak then you can consult a speech therapist
