Q.
My son is 18 months old but has not started speaking yet and sometimes doesn’t actively respond to his name. Is it something to worry about?

in cas baby not responding to his name too.. then its to be worried about.
better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

U Check as to how many times out of 10 your child is not responding to the name if your child is responding eight on 10 then that is fine but if it is only one time or two time on 10 then yes that is definitely a question of concern I would just advise you in this case you do see if your child and making an eye contact and consult your doctor for that if anything what I am saying is there then you’ll have to consult a child psychologist ones
