Q.
my son is 18 month old and still have only 6 teeth . is it fine or he need some extra nutrients for teeth sprouting ?

babies can get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years..
so don't worry and wait for some more time and meanwhile gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
