Q.

my son is 17 months old. He took efforts in sleeping. He used to sacrifice his sleep , although he is sleepy. he used to move around the bed before sleep. his sleeping pattern is disturbed. what to do to make him sleep calmly?

A. bt doctor he used to breastfeed till now in night. he didn't have interest in having outside milk. I used to give him milk in dalia, oats etc. kindly suggest ...

A. Hello, your baby boy is 16 months old and he is having his sleep pattern disturbing so he doesn’t sleep well at night so you should give him nutmeg rubs with warm milk
