My son is 17 months old first fever come after that vomiting then loose motion doctor gave antibiotics after 3rd day measles appeared i discontinue antibiotics now loose motions are high whatever he takes whether fluid medicine loose motions appear wht to do

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic trehiatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than iht could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
