My son is 16 month old and he is not taking anything in mouth he take only his hand and blanket I am warry about this

Teether you should try to introduce more over all the other things because I think your child may be either having its teeth or your child is actually got into the habit of chewing onto things so this is going to be a good option for you and massage the gums with honey
