Q.

My son is 15 months old. now I'm trying to give him cow's milk, but he is not liking it at all. how can I make it interesting for him?

A. Hi, First of all, give milk products like suji kheer oats kheer rice kheer etc. Slowly baby will start liking it. All are good sources of calcium like milk, paneer, curd etc. Also try adding bournvita etc. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
