my son is 14 months. he has suddenly developed these rashes or spots since today morning. abd it's spreading across his body.

A. Hello dear parent, this could be allergy as well. You should keep him well hydrated, also consult with your paediatric once or prior examination and treatment on that basis. Kiny do not self treat the problem. Good luck and take care
